What were the outcomes?
- Establishing regional structures in the Goreniska region
- Training personnel in the development and operation of Regional Programmes in the bordering regions of Slovenia and Austria
- Providing technical assistance in the provision of the Regional Development Programme for the Goreniska region.

- Provision of information and organisation of supports to local entrepreneurs and S.M.E.

Slovenia-Hungary Joint Programme CBC 2000-2002 and Support for establishment of the Administrating System.
What were the outcomes?
- Providing the Slovenian Government with technical assistance for preparing projects that might receive further Phare funding
- Assisting cross-border Slovene-Hungarian region to maximise competitiveness and prosperity in the region and to support integrated policies.
